Freight Considerations
For shipments of less than 70 lbs. will most likely ship UPS.
For shipments grater than 70 lbs. we will arrange shipment
to one location, single stop, single order by the most economical
freight carrier, unless arranged otherwise.
We do our best to provide
accurate freight quotes
ICF Building Product, Ltd. arranges shipment from variety of
vendors from the nearest manufacturing or warehouse facility.
If you request assistance on estimating freight cost on
orders from any of our vendors, we will put a contingency
in our estimate to protect you. Any difference in the final
freight cost will be adjusted (up or down) separately. However
the ultimate responsibility for freight cost is your responsibility.
We will invoice you the same amount as we were invoiced by
our freight carrier. Requests for estimated fright costs
take time and may hinder shipments departing and arriving
on the earliest possible date and time. We accept no responsibility
for orders that may arrive later than anticipated.

All prices are cash discount prices. Credit card purchases for
ICF Accessory Products are not available at this time. Credit
card sales will be offered soon.
Warranty
ICF Building Products, Ltd. is committed to providing the highest
quality products from a variety of vendors and relies on
the warranties of those companies on their products against
substandard materials and manufacturing defects that do not
conform to their own published specifications. The discovery
of any product defects should be brought to the immediate
attention of our business office by calling 877-367-6626.
ICF Building Products, Ltd. will refer all product warranty
claims to the manufacturer and will assist customers in making
all legitimate claims. ICF Building Products, Ltd. assumes
no responsibility for product or system performance once
they have been used or installed.
